At Acrocraft we take great pride in providing the highest quality cultured collector specimens at the best price anywhere (hence the name!). Please remember the prices listed on site are for placing orders for a single piece and are not representative of the custom bundled discounting we pride ourselves on. All of our frags are at least on inch, mounted and tagged with a colorful tag that references to our website identifying what the frag is. It is our goal to give our retail consumers the best frags at the best price anywhere, PERIOD. Not a Member?
Membership with Acrocraft is currently free. Simply fill out the contact form and let us know you want to sign up. Our members will recieve exclusive premium access to limited release pieces, special sales, weekly news letters, and additional discounts on equipment. We are currently working on the log on section for membership so please be patient.
Shipping
All orders over $225 recieve free Priority Overnight service. Orders under $225 are a flatrate $29 domestically Priority Overnight, no box or extra surcharges.
The Acrocraft Guarantee
All frags sold to retail consumers are guaranteed to arrive alive and stay alive for seven (7) days from the time they are shipped. Purchaser may be requested to provide proof of loss and or water samples subject to the below. In the event of a loss, store credit will be issued toward your next order with us. For fish and colonies we guarantee your order will arrive alive and healthy and stay alive for 24 hours from the time you receive the order.
If You Suffer a Loss
If you suffer a loss, we will issue a 100% credit for the loss toward your next order with us, subject to the following:
- In the event you do suffer loss, you must contact us via email as soon as possible with a digital image of the DOA or unhealthy animal.
- We reserve the right to request a sample of your systems water prior to issuing a credit.
- Credit will not be issued for any losses (except for fish), where water samples contain Nitrate levels in excess of 5ppm, the presence of any nitrites, ammonia, or salinity below 1.020 or above 1.028. We wish we could be less harsh on this policy but it is the only way we can offer the prices we maintain on our livestock.
If You Suffer a Loss (Cont'd)
- All credits must be used within 365 days of the date your shipment was shipped. Credits apply only to new livestock orders and cannot be applied to shipping charges. Someone must sign for the shipment for this guarantee to apply, otherwise, we cannot warrant live and healthy arrival. Exceptions to the above will be made on a case by case basis. We want your repeat business and will do whatever we can to ensure a great experience with Fragmasters.
